The room had really comfortable beds and was well-stocked, plus breakfast was served promptly at 7:20.

We greatly enjoyed this place, it's incredibly beautiful and great. The room is well-equipped and brand-new with nice beds, everything is nice. They serve delicious food, have a wide array of options to choose from. This is a hotel go-to for Indianapolis!

Room size and amenities were great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular.

We had two rooms - the A/C didn't work in one of them which was quite uncomfortable. When I told the front desk clerk at check out she was less than interested in my problem.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and set in a good area adjacent to downtown Indianapolis with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room I booked was clean with extra towels provided and had nice beds. The breakfast food was appetizing. The location is great, and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed my two nights at this property.

The blanket for the fold out was dirty and we had to ask for a replacement. Our room was flooded when we returned on Sunday after church. We were told that this was a known issue from the room next door. Why would they put a family in this room if this happened before and the issue had not been fixed? Why were we not be made aware of this at check in?

They over charged me, what my reservation was for which overdrafted my account. They took the room rate out everyday instead of when you checked out.

Comfortable king room with spacious beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The staff here is super friendly and willing to assist with anything you need. 😊

Staff was nice they were always willing to answer our questions, no matter if they were cleaning staff, kitchen staff or office staff. It always smelled clean and was tidy.

When I reserved my room I asked for ground floor, did not get. Card wouldnt work on the door at the north end of the building.

My credit card was double charged for one of the two rooms we had booked for our stay. Had contacted the manager numerous times over two to three weeks, and sending her proof of the charges, she stopped returning my phone calls which to me meant she was not going to help me any further. Called the corporate office and finally got a refund a week later; overall took a month.

Great location in a city setting, with clean facilities. The rooms have comfortable beds 🛏️. The hotel offers a variety of tasty food options.

No air, poor service, poor exercise room, and no response to problems in the room.

The room I stayed in was recently renovated, quiet, and had comfy beds and soft bath towels.

sink had no water pressure, toilet rand continuously, and hot tub was shut down by the board of health which should have been on there website

Your site showed a hot tub that is false advertisement. They have not had a hot tub for a year. We couldn't swim because there was feces in the swimming pool
